gentle cleanser

I’m an adult and never really had acne even as a teen, but I actually bought this as a preventative / breakout manager for my teenage son…but being the boy he is…..he never used it. But I had some eczema that “arrived” in September 2024 and nothing I was doing would get rid of it….and the internet tells you that eczema is “incurable”. But I did some research into what causes eczema and discovered it’s a Staph. Aureus bacteria overgrowth that causes the itch-scratch cycle and Staph.Aureus has a complicated biofilm mechanism. Given what i knew about tbh and its work on biofilms, I thought I’d try the tbh cleanser (plus acne hack ointment) and lo and behold all of my eczema disappeared within two weeks. I had been suffering for months prior and had spent a fortune elsewhere on eczema treatments! Make sure you leave the cleanser on for at least 30 seconds…you can feel it working. I’m so grateful to TBH…my eczema was affecting every part of my life and I was sleeping terribly with how itchy I was. I haven’t itched or scratched now in weeks. I’ve even sent some TBH over to my dad in the UK in the hope that he’ll try it.
