How much does shipping cost?

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Standard shipping: $7.50

Express shipping: $12.50

Standard shipping is free for orders over $40 and express shipping is free on orders over $80.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS:

Express shipping: $10 NZD

Express shipping is free for orders over $40 NZD.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Your custom international rate will be shown at checkout after you have entered your delivery address! Note: Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Standard: 2-8 business days

Express: 1-4 business days

Same Day Delivery (Sydney Metro Area): orders placed before 10:30AM (AEST) weekdays will be sent same day. Orders placed after 10:30AM or on a weekend and public holidays will be sent the next business day (with same day delivery).

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS:

Express: 2-5 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

6-25 business days

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

Yes! You’ve got 30 minutes after placing your order to update your shipping address. You can do this directly from your order confirmation page or via your account. After that, your precious parcel is probably packed and ready to hit the road—because we’re speedy like that. If you’ve missed the window, flick us an email at hello@tbhskincare.com and we’ll do our best to help..

How do I track my order?

Once your order has departed and is on its way to you, you will receive an email with all of the deets… including a tracking number. Easy peasy! Watch your delivery all the way from our place to yours (we know you will)!

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

Ah no, you aren’t allowed to suddenly decide you don’t want us anymore??? Just kidding (kinda). You’ve got 30 minutes to change your mind—whether that’s updating your shipping address, swapping a product, or cancelling altogether. You can make changes from your order confirmation page or by logging into your account. After that, your order is locked in and likely halfway out the door. #itsnotyouitsme
