Returns 

I've changed my mind. I don't want my order anymore?

Want to break up with us? You’ve got 30 days to do it.

Any item purchased directly through our website can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging in which you received it.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.

To return the unused order, please send it back to: tbh Skincare Pty Ltd, Suite 4, Level 11, 68 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

(We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods)

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

I didn't see results. I feel cheated! 
We have a very generous 60 day money back guarantee! This policy is applicable to products purchased directly through our website.

If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please lodge your return request here by completing the form and member of our team will then be in contact with you regarding your return.

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery 


Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your payment method company as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

External Retailers
tbh Skincare has no obligation to return or refund any items purchased from an external retailer, eg. Priceline or Coles. We will only consider refunds made directly from the tbhskincare.com website.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@tbhskincare.com. and send your item to: tbh Skincare Pty Ltd, Suite 4, Level 11, 68 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000
