All your products have done miracles for my hormonal acne. I struggled for more than a year trying to fix it but nothing worked until I came across tbh. CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH!
Loved this product so much! Saw results within 1-2 weeks and I couldn’t be happier! My skin is less red and irritated and feels so smooth ! I have used so many products before and this is the first one that actually works!! Don’t walk run girls to buy this!
I enjoyed using this acne bundle. I noticed a huge change in my skin; the cluster of blemishes I used to have has disappeared. I barely get any breakouts anymore, and any that I do get never last long.
On first appearance, it's very eye-catching with the colours. Very modern labelling and packaging. I found all products to be very gentle on my skin, with a light scent nothing unpleasant. Smells like a moisturiser. The pimple patches were quite straight forward and I found them to work well at drawing out what needs to come out.
TBH skincare has helped my hormonal acne immensely, the products were so easy to use, didn't have any harsh smells and made my skin feel soft.
Love this cleanser, easily removes makeup, dirt and buildup while leaving my skin feeling super clean after
Amazing product for targeting nasty breakouts!
Really happy with this product. Have seen a vast improvement in my skin since using this product!
Back in 2022 I was accidentally whipped on the back of the knees with long-leads from some dogs I was training and had some superficial wounds that would not heal.
After several weeks of no progress, I went to the GP who prescribed bactroban (which didn’t work) and he prescribed oral antibiotics. Given that I was well and this was just a localised biofilm minor wound issue, I refused antibiotics …seeing them as an atomic bomb on my precious gut microbiome….and looked elsewhere for a solution. My boss had been researching Next Science aka TBH and told me to try their ointment on my wound biofilm. Desperate to avoid antibiotics I bought a tube and like magic, my wounds were healed in a few days.
Fast forward to September 2024 and I was under a lot of stress and experienced an eczema flare that would not go. Months and months I suffered until in March 2025 I did some research and found eczema is caused by a Staph.Aureus overgrowth that has a complex biofilm system involved in this itch scratch cycle. So I put my tbh ointment onto my broken eczema skin (it says not to do that) and I grit my teeth through the burning sensation and within 3 weeks I had brand new baby skin that didn’t even look like I’d even experienced eczema there before. Absolutely miraculous. The internet says eczema can’t be cured….but that’s because nobody has found tbh acone hack ointment yet! I keep mine in the fridge for emergencies now! I think every household should have a tube as part of their first aid…
My teenage daughters love these patches. They use them overnight and the results are consistent - the pimples are barely visible the next day. Highly recommend!

No, the acne hack spot treatment should not dry out your skin. The Isopropyl Alcohol used in this product, which can be considered as a drying ingredient is balanced very specifically with other ingredients in this formula to ensure it does not strip or dry the skin. If you want to know more about this, we have an entire blog here with the deets!
No, this product is not a moisturiser, but rather a topical treatment for the skin. We recommend keeping up a regular moisturiser as part of your daily routine alongside this product. Moisturisers should be applied over the top of the spot treatment (after the product has had time to soak into the skin).
No, our chemists have crafted this formula very carefully to make sure they can get the most out of Isopropyl Alcohol’s antimicrobial efficacy without drying or stripping your skin! If you want to know more, we have an entire blog here with the deets!
YES, absolutely! We love a floofy friends, and we really don’t think they need tbh products anyways… NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS and no animal products used!
